Dr. Richard Blanchar graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida and received his M.D. from the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. He trained in Internal Medicine while specializing in Emergency Medical Care. Dr. Blanchar has served as an Emergency Care physician at several local hospitals where he gained extensive hands-on experience in emergency medicine and in family medicine. He has been practicing in Florida since 1983. Dr. Blanchar is on staff at most area hospitals and is an FAA Certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiner.
